Rob Rozmeski

Rob is a native the Panama Canal Zone and moved to the Tampa bay area in 1980. Rob worked for more than four years with Westfield Homes and Standard Pacific Home Builders. He has coordinated and built over three hundred homes throughout his career.Rob has overseen all business aspects of Zackary Group for six years. His experience varies from simple room additions to project management of multi million dollar town homes.
Rob has worked on all sides of construction from staffing, quality control for home builders, new home building superintendent, commercial construction superintendent, to running Zackary Groups commercial and residential building operations.
Louis Garcia
Executive Vice President
Louis is a native and resident of Tampa, FL. He attended the University of South Florida and studied advertising and communication studies. Louis has worked in the radio sales/advertising industry for over seventeen years. He is currently the National Sales Manager for Clear Channel radio stations in Tampa, Sarasota, Pensacola and Mobile. Louis has worked with Clear Channel as a local account manager for WXTB, WTBT and WFUS. Louis is part owner of a small, full service advertising agency – Link Media Group. Prior to radio, he was general sales manager for the daily newspaper at the University of South Florida – the Oracle. Louis grew up in a construction family and he has been a Florida licensed general contractor since 2002.
